There are many untouched tourist sites in the Seraj Valley of Mandi district, which is rich in nature, which is not yet developed in terms of tourism. One of the most important places is Shaitadhar Seraj Valley. This high hill station overlooks the far farthest distance peaks. The beautiful mountains, the green trees, and the cold winds belong to this place. Spahni Dhar, Javasan, Shaitadhar, Jogan Gala, etc. are located near the Shaitadhar, where tourists find themselves in the lap of nature.

Devotional Importance of Shaitadhar Seraj Valley
At Shaitadhar there is the temple of Adorable God of ilaka Dahar and ilaka Bung of seraj valley DEV SHAITI NAAG . In the Seraj Valley, Dev Shaiti Nag is considered as the Sheshnag. There is a separate identity of SHAITI NAAG Devta in the entire seraj Valley.
The original place of Shaiti Nag is the deity’s paidi in Shaitadhar. Apart from this, God’s Kothi is situated in the village of Bung. There is a RATH of the god. The characteristic of Dev Shaiti Nag is that if someone dissolves their purity, then the god goes angry.
This is a great place to visit in northern India in the summer, so far this place is untouched by tourism. From this point of view of tourism, this area has immense potential. Paragliding, skiing, adventure trekking, hiking, camping can be done in Shaitadhar and nearby places.

Shaitadhar Seraj Valley, beside the Bhatki Dhar near the Sphney Dhar, has a helipad on a beautiful place, which will later be connected to the Himachal Tourism Department Heli Taxi Service and making the ropeway will also be constructed here.
But under the ambitious scheme of Chief Minister Jairam Thakur ” Nai Raahein Nai Manzilein ” to develop new tourist destinations in Himachal, this place is now being developed in terms of tourism.
The most suitable route to reach the Shaitadhar will be the Mandi – Thunag – Lambathach- chiuni- Shaitadhar .
